Managed student Q&A efficiently via an admin-controlled question bank accessible to qualified advisors

Role: UX Designer | Duration: 3 months

Redesigned the hospital website for improved navigation and accessibility
Created Research & Development section for publishing approved scientific articles
Developed a meetings management system with schedules and minute tracking
Designed doctor management and scheduling system for hospital shifts, allowing admins to assign shifts only if the doctor has confirmed availability
Limited each doctor can have up to two time slots per day, with varying durations per slot

Impact: Improved usability, added Research & Development unit and streamlined research article publication, added unit & doctor management features, and optimized shift scheduling.
